At RECONNECT we understand that every family’s journey is unique and often complex. That’s why we offer personalised, flexible and non-judgemental support to parents, carers and schools facing a variety of challenges. Our services include both in-person support, including home visits and virtual sessions, with flexible appointment times available in the evenings, on weekends and during school holidays to fit around your schedule.
